Hey everyone! Just a little update. I have been doing well and following a no/low carb diet. Last month was really hard because we were moving and all we did was eat fast food, but I am back on track and my new community has a GYM!!! YAY! I work out there almost every night. I went to see my Doctor a couple of weeks ago and she is impressed. I have managed to keep my BS down and it is usually between 80 and 90! I have come so far there is no turning back now.
I also have to say if there is anyone out there doubting they can't do it, trust me I have been trying my whole life and failed. I am doing it now. If I can do it YOU can do it!!!
