Today was another great day!!!

Got a workout in - walk, and some work in the yard.
Got caught up on some office emails ;-) Always makes Monday easier.
Ate on target.

Yes, tomorrow will be another great day!

Another day, another pound!

Going into the office today, my first day when being on my healthy weight loss goal. I pray for little chaos and strength. Never did good under those circumstances with food. ;-( So have my lunch ready, bottle of water and a snack.

Down another pound from yesterday. Feeling more confident that I am on the right path to a better me. Not to say I'm not hungry, but I'm NOT giving in!!

JenDestiny hope your week has started off good!

Today I went to the office - complete chaos as usual and high level of stress, but I made it thru and back home relaxing. I stuck to my foods I took and didn't snack out of office frustration!! Yes!

No work out today.
Foods on target.

Hello Everyone

Sspell glad you're remaining focus and after returning to work....AWESOME! That is very encouraging. If it is one thing I am learning, consistency is fundamental to weight loss.

Well, yesterday was not the best day....my calorie intake was 2275, but I tried to stay busy. Today was weigh in for the biggest loser and to my surprise I was 255.5. But I'm going to hold off posting that another day because my scale said 260 this morning.

Today has been a very busy day and I haven't eaten much so I will be under my calorie intake and I walked 3 miles....was too tired to eat afterwards, so I made a protein smoothie with spring mix lettuce, apple, almond butter, and muscle milk.

Wow it sounds like you are doing fantastic!!! That is great weightloss and the 260 could just be due to water retention from sodium. I am proud of you persisting and striving forward! 3 miles is huge. I am envious and working towards that. Right now 1 mile is enough. I remember the days when I could do 3 miles, but not currently. ;-)

Today was good, no workout but I stuck to my foods. Hoping to be down a pound tomorrow. Hoping, hoping.............Main thing is I am feeling better.

Tracking, no workout today due to going into the office, but held on to the foods. I did eat a pickle - which is out of the norm, but overall doing well.

I week down and 7lbs gone. I will not allow them to come back. I will love and honor myself and reach my goal for me and my fathers health legacy. Going forward I will appreciate each day and live it to the fullest as he did. I will not let my weight and health hold me back. I want to start living 100% and enjoy all the activities I used to with the same energy and enthusiasm. Who's with me? ;-)
