Sspell glad you're remaining focus and after returning to work....AWESOME! That is very encouraging. If it is one thing I am learning, consistency is fundamental to weight loss.
Well, yesterday was not the best day....my calorie intake was 2275, but I tried to stay busy. Today was weigh in for the biggest loser and to my surprise I was 255.5. But I'm going to hold off posting that another day because my scale said 260 this morning.
Today has been a very busy day and I haven't eaten much so I will be under my calorie intake and I walked 3 miles....was too tired to eat afterwards, so I made a protein smoothie with spring mix lettuce, apple, almond butter, and muscle milk.
