Hello everyone. I cannot believe that it is over 5 years since the last time I was here, but I am back to get my act together finish what I started. I had lost 60 pounds and had some stressful things happen and I gained all of it plus more back and now I have to start all over again. I think by visiting 3FC I will get some of the support that I need for me to lose the weight. Have a nice day.
