Default Hi!
Hi all,

I found this forum by googling a question on weight loss and I am excited I found you guys. I am looking for a nice group that not only supports one another but maybe can teach me a thing or two

I am 32 yrs old and have had 3 babies in 4 years. My last one was born in 2012 and I have not really done anything to actively lose weight. About a month ago I weighed in at 193 LBS, which is the heaviest I have ever been. Obviously I need to lose some weight, no more saying I will start tomorrow. Shortly after my weigh in, I joined weight watchers and I have lost 9.6 LBS in a little over a month. I am on the right track

Like I said, I am hoping to find a nice group here that can teach me something along the way!

I am really excited to be here too. I have been looking around and reading a lot of different threads. I am sure I am going to find some very helpful advise here.
