Hello Everyone. I am delighted to have discovered this site. I have been very ill for a number of years and have gained a large amount of weight due to inactivity, medication and comfort eating. I am presently the size of a small planet.
I have an old Points Weight Watcher at Home kit and would love to have support while I use it. I am setting mini-goals for myself, very small ones, so that I can do this in bite sized chunks.....ahem
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how to set up one of the lovely trackers I see at the base of so many posts. I would find that very encouraging to use. I think I'll also use a dancing carrot for every five pounds I lose. I'm rather taken with them.
My goals are very definitely health ones.....to improve mobility, fitness and general well-being despite living with a long term illness. Thank you for having me.
