Hi,
So this is the heaviest I've ever been, nudging 200, and it has scared me. All my life, up until four years ago, I have been "average" weight - I am 160 cm and used to fluctuate between 110 and 130. I never worried about weight. Then I moved to another country and started grad school, and my emotional eating issues started - I started dieting, and had some success, but would go right back again and pile on more each time on the rebound, until I got to this weight which I never thought I would reach...
So I am here for support and for tips on how to loose and maintain that loss. Looking forward to sharing with you all
