So I am by far at my heaviest. I am only 5'3" and about 180. I'm freaking out. I have a desk job-I'm talking no movement all day. Then I rush straight home to two small kids that I take care of by myself (the hubs works at night). By the time I have a minute I am exhausted and either want to sleep or lie on the couch. Ugh! I am getting depressed by how I look and therefore eat more which makes me look worse--so I eat.
But hopefully I am going to change that! I am really trying to turn over a new leaf!

oh, emotional eating. it's always a challenge, but hopefully, you can work healthy meals and a little exercise into that hectic schedule to start feeling better! i can personally guarantee that nutrition changes alone can already change your mood and shed some pounds.
