Hi all
I've been reading the forums since starting my diet just before I hit 50 in January. Somehow I'd piled on the pounds and stood on the scales at 176.4 lbs or 12 stone 8lbs!
This was the highest Id ever weighed and I had to buy new bigger clothes for work and that pushed me to lose the weight.
So on January 25th I started a low carb low calorie regime which I'm sticking to and have now lost almost 24lbs two months later.
I've still got at least 10lbs to lose, and probably will aim a bit lower once I get there, but I'm looking forward to the summer and not having to cover my upper arms etc.
Anyway, thought I'd say hello and thanks for the support and info so far xx
