Hi!
I am new, and I hope to find my place in the boards here. I am two weeks into a biggest loser competition at my job, and have lost 9.2, and .8 for a total of 10 pounds! I know that first week was probably a fluke, and mostly water and what not. But it is helping me stay motivated! I have two wedding this spring, one my Hubby is a groomsman, the other my 2 year old is a flower girl. So i want to at least look decent. I also have a cruise booked for August 2016, where I want to look KILLER!
I have been tracking my calories, and trying to get to the gym at least 3 times a week. I have a daily goal of 1300 calories, but usually end up between 1400 and 1500. and my workouts right now are just me trying to sweat as much as possible for 30-45 minutes
I figure that is a better way to start then nothing.
Here's hoping I can stick with it!!
