Hi all! Happy to have stumbled upon this community while researching Jillian Michaels DVDS. I started the 30 day shred today but was looking into the 30 day slim down.
I'm a stay at home mom, 3 year old twins girls! I also have a very active middle schooler. I watch a 1.5 year old 3 days a week and I am also trying to get a degree while home with my littles. I'm just shy of 36 and I really want to drop all of this extra weight! I was a size 2 at my wedding 4 years ago!!
Welcome! Can't wait to see your journey unfold. You can totally do this. Looking at your stats, I think it a awesome that you're doing this now! I started at 194 and I'm shorter than you so I look even heavier at 184. I wish I had noticedy weight gain earlier. Also very impressed by your household, you sound like a great mom and very on top of things Definitely a go getter!
