Hi everyone,
My name is Taylor and while this is my first time posting, it is far from my first time here. I have been a long time lurker and can't begin to thank everyone who has contributed.
I feel like I need to contribute more to the community and give back after everything it has done for me. While my weight goals are not yet complete (are they ever?), I do feel like with the bit of success I've had I'll be able to help some newer members out.
I started eating a whole-foods, plant based diet on November 2, 2014. I started eating breakfast regularly. I cut out soda completely. I started going on long walks. And a few more small things that I would be happy to talk about if people were curious. I have lost 20 pounds so far, and hoping to keep number going up.
I'm hoping that by staying active on this forum it will keep me motivated. I've learned that sticking to a plan and being consistent is probably the most important step anyone can take. I am afraid of losing all my hard earned progress, so I need your help to stay focused.
Anyways, happy to be here!
