Hi. New here and doing HMR, any support appreciated - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi everyone,

I just joined the site in order to continue my weight loss momentum. I started the HMR Healthy Solutions Program in September and have seen great results. I have lost 46.4 pounds so far and am hoping to hit the 50 mark at my meeting this Wednesday. This will be the most I have ever lost on a diet before.

I have been overweight my entire life, but now, at 26, have finally decided to take control of it. I am looking to stay motivated and inspired. I look forward to getting to know people on these boards and to keep going!

Welcome! HMR is a really great program! I have several friends who have lost their weight and kept it off. I don't know that there's a specific group for that here, but they're all kinds of support groups and challenges and discussions. Maybe you could find someplace where you think you you'd fit in and start checking it every day for accountability.

Thanks! I have been looking around a bit and even though there are no specific HMR groups it still seems like there will be plenty of places here for me to fit in.
