Red face 44 and still fighting to get it right
Hi everyone. New England girl here. 3 days in on Ideal Protein. I've done it before, and had success, but I also have Fibromyalgia and depression, so I put it all back on... (50 lbs)
So I'm at it again, and hopefully this will be my last time. Have been heavy all my life. Hoping to make new friends.
