Back on Track. Again.
I've been here before. I've started before. I've lost 20 or 30 pounds before. I've gained that weight back. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Anyhow, here I go again - approaching finally getting my weight under control because of health issues. I'm almost 42 and feel like I'm 72 ...mostly bad feet, aches and pains, plus dealing with Hashimotos and mild depression. We've had some incredibly big stressors this past few months, and I had approached my health with a who cares attitude. No more. I'm fed up, and refocused.
Yesterday was my 20 year wedding anniversary. It is my goal to be healthier, leaner, and stronger for the next 20 years. :-)
I rejoined Weight Watchers, which is a good overall, healthy plan. I am using the Simply Filling technique, so would love to find others using the same plan.
My first goal is 5% of my body weight. I started at 253, so that mini goal is 240 pounds.
