This morning the scale says I'm back up to 301. My measurements are very close to the same as a month ago. This has been the problem for years, but I was so sure I just wasn't dedicated enough.
I will continue to stick to this, but when I get in to see the specialist next I know he will refuse to help, because I haven't lost weight. Hello, rock - I'm already in a hard place!
Yeah I gave up on snacking, actually. I think it usually makes me more hungry about 30 minutes later. The only time I snack now is if I'm really hungry and I know food will be ready for me within about 20 minutes. That way I actually eat a bit less when I have my meal because I don't feel like I'm starving. Originally Posted by Bardess

Are you calorie counting, then? Or just tracking your food? How many calories are you eating? Just curious because it's weird not to lose unless you have low lean mass or something else going on.
I forgot to mention I'm from Canada too (not that it's relevant). West Coast, though - Vancouver.
I also watch geeky shows. And I play D&D and hike and read and write.

I've always wanted to travel to northern Ontario! (From Toronto originally)
