Hi everyone,
Friday is coming closer to an end, which means one more day of vacation, then two days of traveling before I get back home and back to work.
I decided to let loose this week and not worry about calories or exercise too much, just relax and de-stress.
When I get back home, however, I want to make some serious changes to my lifestyle.
I'm camping out in the woods and working on a farm this Summer, yet despite it, I've only seemed to gain a little/ stay mostly the same due to binging and overeating (I binge on cliff bars and peanut butter amongst other things).
I want to quit smoking, start biking and swimming more, maybe get back into jogging, eat intuitively and healthily, and just move away from bad habits.
I feel like I'm pretty determined. I camp out alone now, which makes it easy for me to drink out of loneliness, but I can find better ways to deal with it.

Right now, I'm 5'8 and 172 lbs. I'm already pretty muscular, so I just want to get back into aerobic exercise and lose 10 or 20 lbs to show off my muscle. All it will take is some serious willpower to beat this binging habit for good and become more active and outdoorsy then I already am

Hi and welcome! Good luck on the weight loss and just remember to stick to a plan and be active, if you can.

I, too, plan on quitting smoking and have managed to cut back A LOT since I started jogging.
