Red face Time for a change
Hi Everyone! Joining today because for me enough is enough- I have started to focus on getting myself healthy. Losing weight, exercising, making better choices. Up until 8 years ago I never had a problem with weight but I got lazy and now I need to work hard to get back to a healthy lifestyle again. I'm the type of person who needs support but unfortunately its hard to come by at home. I just need to keep focused and stick with it!
