Hey everyone!
I've been reading these forums for a little while now, and thought it was time to post something myself! It's so motivating and inspiring to read about everyone's progress and successes!
I've always struggled with my weight somewhat, but started having major weight problems when I started having kids. I now am a mom to 3 young boys (8, 3, and 1) and I gained a ridiculous amount of weight with each pregnancy. After having my youngest last year I was at 235.
I started making some changes to my diet and exercising and lost over 20 lbs last year but unfortunately I slacked off during the fall/winter and gained a few lbs back. I started again a couple months ago around 216 and I'm now down to 202. I know I still have a long way to go but I am already starting to feel better.
I think that being a part of the 3FC community will be a great support and motivation for me, and I'm hoping I can help support others on their weight loss journeys as well!
