So the past year has been a whirlwind!
I had about 25-30 lbs to lose this time last year, but thanks to poor diet, an unsteady sleep schedule and lack of commitment to working out (read: I'd rather sleep than do cardio) that number is a whopping 50-60 lbs now!
I have been half-arsing it this last year, and it shows. Now I have a no-fail, can't push it back time frame to lose weight in, because I'm getting married next year!
We're hoping for a summer or fall wedding, but don't have it in stone yet. I have a minimum of 40, but would prefer 60, pounds to lose.
I would love to have a fit buddy to check in with!
