I was a participating member 2 years ago and was quite active - then I started backsliding and was too ashamed to come here much, although I read from time to time. I realize now that the support of others and knowing they had the same struggles I do was really what helped motivate me and keep me in track. I can't do it alone! Thanks for the help, whether you know you give it or not. I'm back, and prepared to truly make it a Brandnewday!
