First post...
Hi there. I was always the skinny girl. At 5'7 I hovered around 110 all the way through college. In my 20s I was 120. In my 30s I was 130s. Now at almost 40 I have hit 156 and I am done. I know exactly what I've done. I've eaten myself into too tight clothes and zero energy. I could give you a million excuses (and really, really good excuses too as my life careened off path in the worst way possible) but I take responsibility for all of it.
Starting right now.
I am packing up to hit the gym. And then I am throwing out the crap in my fridge.
I'll be 40 next year and I WILL be in the 130s, able to fit into my skinny jeans and have 100xs more energy.
