I am new here! My name is Krista! I started Weight Watchers 4 weeks ago! However I am not dieting! I am using it as a tool to work on portion control & for moral support. I want this to be a healthy lifestyle change. I have a 7 year old that I want to see be an adult one day. Right now my weight is affecting how I feel & I know my health. So I want to loose the weight & feel better.
I started at 238lbs, I am down to 231lbs.

I am proud of what I have accomplished. My goal is to make it to 150lbs, so almost 100lbs!

I can do this, but the more support the better!
