Hello! I am Rose and just came to this site today since I am doing some major lifestyle changes. I am at the heaviest ever at 310. I am very tall, but I am broken and at my wit's end. I know I can do this. I no longer am into the fad diets, pills, etc., but just want to do good old fashion "burn more calories than shove in". I am 40 years old, soon to be married 20 years, and have four children. I am currently a stay-in-van mom....since I seem to be chauffeuring kids all over the place!
