I have been on idealprotein now for a month and have hit a bit of a roadblock which is getting very frustrating. I lost 12 pounds in the first week and have only lost 3 pounds since then. My measurements are going down but the scale isn't.

I was shocked after the first week but have only lost 3 more and up one this week. Very strange but I know I am close to my goal weight but hope to lose a bit more regularly now. I follow the diet to a T but am wondering if I am eating too many veggies with all the salad.
Arwa4u, you seem to be in a similar path goal wise and similar starting points. How are you finding the diet?
