Default Hello from Iowa

Hey there,

My name is Michael, and I'm looking into starting the Ideal Protein diet. Everything goes into motion on the 5th (after my introduction appointment). So any tips or tricks you have I will appreciate!

I'm hoping to lose around 70 pounds, so it will be a long journey. I'm 2 years away from 40 and figured it's now or never when it comes to nipping this in the bud.

Thanks for having me!

~Michael

Hi Michael! I'm a former Iowan - not doing Ideal Protein, but wanted to wave hi!

Hi Michael--welcome to the board. You're right--weight is easier to lose when you're young. I bet you can take off most of it through exercise at your age.

Just remember in calories in versus calories burned.

Good Luck on your weight loss journey.
