I have all the twinges of a heavy person...hurting feet, creaking back, stomach upset, heavy breathing, and fatigue. I want to be a healthy person. I am starting walking today. I'd like to start doing races. I don't know if I'll ever want to run, but I'm infatuated with being known as a person who runs or does races. It sounds pretty awesome to me!
I have a brother who runs, bikes and swims and is about to do Ironman in May. I have a sister who has always been athletic and fit. She's since had two children and is still one of the strongest women I know. I have a baby brother who is also an athlete and in superb physical condition.
I am a misfit, but I love them, they love me, and I want to be belong! I WANT TO BE FIT!
