Hello,
I am ready to start my weight loss journey again. I had lost 25lbs last year but I had been in a car accident in 05 where I hurt my knee. During one of my workouts I injured my knee again and was out of commission for several months. I ended up gaining the weight back. I am ready to start again and am looking for any workout advice. What has worked for you? Also, if someone is looking for a motivation partner, please let me know. I find it easier to stay on track when I have people to update about my progress.
