Arrow Starting again

Hello everyone. This seems to be such a supportive board after reading a few posts I figured I'd just jump on. I just want to stick to it and lose the weight once and for all. Im tired of being fat and frumpy.

Dream big and start small.
Just do it step by step. Discouragements comes along way, but don't worry it's normal.. Just keep going

I have my share of that too.

Sugar free is a good way to go. Ii'm doing it for the second time. I am giving it up pretty much forever except on rare occasions. It helps me a lot.
