It's good to be here, I look forward to being a regular, and making new friends.
So before the new year began I learned of a program called the Venus Factor. I shelled out the $47+ for membership, the E-books, the workout program, et cetera... It has taken me a while to fully read through the program and to understand it before finally starting which I intend to do this very day. It seems to be a logical plan, they talk about Leptin levels in the female body vs. the male body and how both men and women should diet differently, and they seem to encourage intermittent fasting (which I may need to buy another book on called "Eat Stop Eat"). But I am excited about this, and I've decided to believe in it. 2014 IS going to be my year.

Is anyone else familiar with the Venus Factor? (Good things I hope to keep me positive :P)
