Hi y'all from Kentucky
I am Brittany, and I am 26 years old. I came into this world 3 months premature weighing only 1lb 4oz. I was always skinny up until I got out of high school. I have struggled with anxiety and depression pretty much from birth. But since being with my husband and seeing the world through other people (I had never saw struggles, broken homes etc before) and being on my own, I have learned a lot. Which helped with my depression and anxiety and panic attacks. After my outlook changed, my mental health has gotten great. With the right medicine, life experience and my husband I feel great. Except for the fact that I weighed around 85-100 pounds til I got out of high school. I've been on tons of different anxiety, depression, and birth control medications for over half my life and I contribute that and being sedentary and depressed after I got out of school. I'm 4"11 and currently weigh 135. I hope to be around 105 or so. I don't drive so I don't have access to he gym. I use mfp to track my food. I love to dance so I want to incorporate that in my exercising because I feel it will be more enjoyable. I have a stair stepper at home that I plan to use, plus wii fit, Zumba, and other games. Also I have a couple DVDs, and also youtube. Sorry this was long. Hope to talk to you ladies soon!
