Hello! I am new here again!! I was a member back in 2008 when I was on my weight loss journey. I can't remember my username from back then so I am starting a new one. Last time I lost 72 pounds and was very close to my goal and then dislocated my knee so I could not get the correct exercise for a while and I just got depressed and let myself gain it all back plus a few.
I was so disappointed in myself so it's took me a few years to get my head together again and I started back walking daily on 1/1/14 and started my diet back on 1/6/14. So far I have lost 22 pounds and am already feeling better. I just got so tired of being back in the big girl clothes and never being able to do the things I want to do. It's in my nature to be outdoors doing things but my mind and body have not been on the same page!

They are now becoming one minded, like it or not.....lol
I just wanted to say hello to everyone and I am happy to be back here with all the support!!
