at first: sry if there is any mistake in my language. I am from Germany and 21. For my weight los goals I do the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Program. I am now in Week 2 and it feels realy good! But in Germany just a few people know this program. Maybe you can help me with some tips and motivation!
I tried many diets and nothing worked... I know the best ist healthy food and sports... so know I do this for 3month and lost about 9kg.
I hope to lose 10 more kg til 10th of mai (my Birthday
