Hello I use to be a frequent poster around a year ago, I lost 70 lbs but I've pit back on 28, it started last summer when dh and I were trying for a baby, we haven't been successful yet. It's beginning to become very tiring and emotional and I know I've been stress eating to combat it all. So I've decided to stop trying and just get back to being healthy. It's very hard to focus on both. So here's to eating better and going to the gym more than I do now.

Good Luck to you. I did the whole fertility thing and it is a rollercoaster. Hang in there and you are doing the right thing & getting your head in a better place.
