Longtime reader, first time poster
So like so many others, I'm reaching out to ensure my weight loss plan goes successfully. I feel that when i talk with family about it, they are only mildly encouraging and mostly "don't eat that, is that on your diet?" I know they mean well, but I hate them. Okay, not really hate, but dislike intensely. So I'm turning to the online world, where it is much more comfortable to air concerns and hopefully have a small community of people that can support each other. Ideally, I do want to get to 145, but right now, I just need to start. I have a trip this weekend and I'll officially start the Quick Weight Loss Center on Tuesday.
I'm thankful that my company offers $100/month for "wellness bucks" to go toward anything such as this.
Luck may not be a strategy, but right now, it's all I got.
