Time to fight back
Hello there, I will be 41 in nine days. I have struggled off and on with my weight for years at around age eight it started, I was molested as a child and raped when I was in my 30s, I ate and gained weight so men wouldn't notice me, I built up walls to protect myself. I am now getting help and thanks to my wonderful husband I have learned to grow stronger and to fight back and now I am ready to get rid of, not loose, because once we loose something there is always a chance it will come back, if we get rid of then no chance of it coming back, so I am ready to get rid of this weight that is holding me down and not letting me love myself. I hope that you can help me and I hope that I can be of help to anyone as well.
