Hi guys. This looks like a great, active forum. I'm glad to be here.
After a long hiatus, I've decided to get serious about exercising and weight loss again. I'm currently 140 pounds and I want to lose some more weight. I love swimming, so that's going to be my main exercise in my journey.

Swimming is a great form of exercise and i love it too but one thing i don't like is having to get changed and showered and all that stuff. Its a lot of extra work and i'm too lazy. :-)

Same here! Unless I'm swimming for at least an hour, I think it's too much of a hassle. I used to swim for 20-30 minutes a few days a week and I spent more time driving to the gym and showering than exercising, lol.
