I am the happiest unhappy person I know. I spent my 20's uncomfortable and unhappy about myself, I refuse to continue this way in my 30's! My youngest child is now 5 months old. Yay! I'm excited to be here and move forward. I had great success with LAW, so I'm going that route, but it am excited to join support with others battling the same.
Hi Liz :-) I am new here too....I haven't participated in a message board since 2001 but I have too much shame to reach out in my own real life and feel much safer, right now, online.
Maybe this will be the thing that tips the scales (ha!) in my favor. I seem to be making the same mistakes over and over even though I know what I need to do. A little moral support wouldn't hurt at this point :-)
