I need help. How do u add goal visual?.I am very interested. Just spent an hour born fat chicks tryin to add......ugh.....

Oh I'm sorry, you have to wait about 20 days, down to the minute and second you signed up for 3FC so that should be sometime on the 7th of March, definitely by the 8th. For me, I looked at it as earning a NSV for staying here that long! Although I cannot remember if you have to have 20 posts as well? I'm sure you won't have any problems with that part!

I just noticed you're a speech therapist for deaf children, how awesome. I wish I took my speech therapy more seriously when I was younger. Perhaps I should go back and get more practice or do you think it is too late at 28 years old?

to 3FC!!' Feel free to settle in anywhere you feel comfortable, be it an accountability thread, challenge or just weigh-ins as well as many different categories like atkins or just general low carbing, calorie counting, WW, IP, and/or etc.

Yup- you have to wait 20 days and I think it's actually 25 posts before you can get all jazzed up. I'm playing the waiting game too!

Amandie, YUP I love being a school based SLP. Never too late for anyone to join the club.

I am on WW. Would love and run naked in the street if I lost 30 pounds by Sept. 6th- my daughter's wedding day.

I am on WW too. If you'd like some accountabilty, support, and/or just wanna chat, come and join us at the February WW Chat thread. I don't post there daily but a couple times a week, at least.

30lbs by Sept. is doable! LOL @ running naked in the street.
