Need some new motivation
Hi All,
I'm new to the forum n I'm looking for support, motivation n new ideas!!
I've been working hard since July 22,2013 to lose 60 lbs. I've lost 18 so far counting cals n exercising 3-5 days a week but I'm feeling in a slump n really need some new motivation.. I know I have a long way to go in changing habits n I want to make this a lifelong lifestyle change!! Any ideas for changing things up w food to excite me again give myself a new focus would be much appreciate
