Hello! My name is Sabrina, and I am new to 3fc. I have been struggling with my weight all of my life. I am a very shy person and have trouble being social because of my weight. I feel like I can't give my best impression unless I am at my best. This has also put a stop to my job searching. I feel embarrassed to go anywhere. People who do not understand what it is like to be overweight judge and it is very hurtful. I try to not let it get to me. However, its hard to not let it get to you. I am ready to become a healthier and HAPPIER person. I have heard that this is a GREAT support group and that there is not judgement here. This is exactly what I need. I am excited for what lies ahead.
