Hi everyone! im ash & im 23 and i live in nyc. ive gotten to the point with myself where im realizing that i need to make a change. im currently 295lbs (which according to people in my life i dont look it but how honest are those people really? lol.) Ive not always been this big and for the majority of my life was a healthy weight for my height, im 5'10. i moved from ny to va when i was 14 and went from playing basketball all day every day with friends to not having friends or sports and eventually falling to a depression. so in roughly 10 years i gained 120lbs and im just uncomfortable. so i told myself at the beginning of this year i would start taking my health and weight seriously and for whatever reason i dont feel i can do it alone. im refusing to keep myself in that depression and have come a long way with it.

idk maybe that was a lot for an intro.....im pretty bad with these things. lol i look forward to getting to know some of you!

As it gets in my book.

Use your youth and great surroundings to meet your goals.

I used to spend much time walking around the reservoir and those days Were the best of my life. After I. Would go to the museum and life just doesn't get any better than that.

Appreciate yourself and use the tools in the city to live your best life.i know you can do it.
