Hello all! My name is megan, im 22 years old and i currently am 300 pounds

ever since i hit puberty i gained weight! and i eat when im stressed ive been off an on diets but currently i am very unhappy with myself im always tired and am lazy! i want all that to change. i started eating better at the beginning of this week and have lost 3 pounds! my first goal weigh is 250 but i would love to get down to 150 or less! looking through this site has given me lots of insperation and hope that i can reach my goal! seeing people who were 300 pounds and are down to 140's just make me want to reach my goal that much more!
