2014 is the year!
I made a decision on December 27, 2009 that I would lose weight. I was 237 on that day. As of January 2, 2014 I was 167. I am aiming to lose 50 lbs this year, by the Summer would be awesome but definitely by Christmas ! For now I've given up wheat, gluten, processed sugar and fast food. My fitness goal is yo move 30 minutes a day....I'm lazy!
I enjoy roller skating, hiking (little hills!) and riding my bike (casually!).
