Hi - just registered today. New year's and such... lol
My goal is to get back to my pre-baby body weight of 124. not sure if that's realistic - surely it is... I do have my doubts though, I have been trying it for about 12 years (subsequent babies excluded)!!
I'm at 158.4 at the moment.
I will be doing a mix of calorie restriction and yoga, and aiming for 5 lbs a month for now - not really sure what to expect, but I do know 100% that I am determined.
Your goal is very realistic and very possible keep this mind set and keep on track! There's plenty of support here so if you've got a question ask away, do keep us all up to date on your journey!!
Weight loss can feel great! stick with it and you'll feel stronger and more indestructible in no time! haha, just never feel down about putting a little on or getting stuck on the way! not saying it'll happen but these little mishaps put people off and shouldn't because we all have them from time to time
