I'm glad you found us! You will get lots of support here! I don't know if you have ever tried a low-carb diet, but my diet, which is a modified version of Tim Ferriss'
Four-Hour Body Slow Carb Diet, doesn't require much exercise, and I get a cheat day when I can eat whatever I want every week! It's not for everyone, but I have lost almost 40 lbs on it in 5 1/2 months, and that's with just walking moderately for exercise. Also, under "Chicks Up for a Challenge" in Support Groups, the January Weight Loss Challenge and Exercise Challenge threads are just starting up and they are very active and very supportive. Any of the challenge threads are great for motivation and accountability. So browse around and jump right in! Newbies are always welcome here! Good luck!
