Hi all!
I'm new here. I'm a 30 year old mum of 2 wonderful kiddos. I have put on a lot of weight over the last few years and am very unhappy about it so I'm here to do something about it!
I don't know where to start on these forums (other than here as is obvious) so hoping some of you lovely people might be able to direct me.
I live in UK, weigh 202lbs

and would love to get back to my lowest weight eventually (115lb) For now though I'm going for 140. I find challenged are great for me when it comes to motivation so would like to join in with some of those on here.
I really need to be looking and feeling good this summer so it starts right now
