HI ALL,

really happy to be here. Im setting my mind to do this AGAIN. I did it in 2005 and lost 35 pounds.

Since then , I was dxed with fibromyalgia and low thyroid. the low thyroid has casued me to gain at least 55 over my normal weight.

just wondering if anyone had any trouble losing on atkins with low thyroid, it is a slower process?

Hi mytime2014! Good to have you here! We have a "Dieting with Obstacles" forum here in the Support Forum section and I believe there are both fibromyalsia and thyroid threads there which might be able to help you. There is also an Atkins forum in the Diet Central section. There is a lot to see, read, and learn here and people are very nice and supportive, so browse around and jump right in!
