Arrow Starting .. Again !!

Sooo .. come 2014 I´ll start changing. I´ve said it before, pff and how many times, but this time I mean it. I made a bet with a friend and she´s gonna kick the **** out of me if I don´t (she´s a professional handball player = i´m scared).
Joke aside I just came here to see if I could find a weight loss buddy. It´s always funnier when you have a partner.
Gonna get everything outta my system these 2 days , because on the 1st of January I´m having chicken breast with green salad. Yuhuu !!! And on the 1st of February I´m having some lbs less
ANyone wanna join me ??

Raluca, I'll be your weight loss buddy. I trying to low carb consistantly because of type 2 diabetes. I have been slipping up alot lately. My weight just started going back down the last two days thanks to my friend Mr. Treadmill. Didn't get a chance to walk today because of a family gathering. So today wasn't a good eating day because at the reception I had, potato salad, cornbread, and 2 cookies none of which is good for me. I ate a small baked chicken thigh, one meatball and some collard greens that was the better half of my meal. I post in a lot of threads. Just search my user name and join me What are you planning to do to kick start your journey?

Well low carb has always worked for me so I guess I´ll go with that. And not eating 3-4 hours before bedtime. I always get the munchies right before going to bed. I´m really good during the day, but slip up at night. Oh and I plan to do the p90 workout. I started it before, but only gone through 3 weeks and felt really bad for dropping it. I have 40 pounds to drop, hopefully by the end of 2014 I won´t say I have something to drop haha.

Nice to meet you also Raluca . I have 45lbs to lose. I would love to do that in a year. Oh my goodness wouldn't that be great. I know my health would improve for sure. I do well during the day while at work (not at home) because I take my lunch and snack with me and that's all I have. When I get home if I have it planned out and it is prepared I am fine but if not, it usually doesn't go well.
