Late November of this year, I weighed myself and....well I knew I was fat, but the numbers said it all--250 POUNDS -- the largest I had ever been in my life. So I made a firm decision to get rid of the fat and get down to a weight that I would be proud to say when asked.
I started my weight loss journey that day, November 26th 2013, and I don't want to look back, even if that means I have to sweat when I don't want to, and change up my eating habits.
Now, I feel pretty confident in just about everything I do, however, with this new challenge, I think I might need a little in the foreseeable future.
So here I am, love me, don't hurt me.
