Hi, welcome back! I hear you there. I am really trying to be my own best friend, too. It's really really hard to push and motivate yourself, it really sucks. :| I am trying to get re-motivated myself. I'm back to 180 and am going to take my first ever measurements of my body, tomorrow.
I bought a book 3-1-2-1 diet by Dolvett Quince, the guy from the biggest loser, and I did his workout for the first time today & my legs are currently on FIRE. I recommend it. <3
